First, what's it about?
I can't log in
Use Forgot Password in the app to reset it with a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number or email. Parents can choose which child's password to reset. No login details yet? Your school creates your account, so please ask your school office.
Still stuck? Write to usMy attendance, marks, fees or details look wrong
These records belong to your school, and only your school can correct them. Please contact your school office or class teacher.
The app isn't working
Tell us what happened, which phone you use and which screen you were on, and we'll look into it.
